Simbu's filming for Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu has been canceled! - Understand Why
Following the completion of Venkat Prabhu's political thriller 'Maanadu,' Silambarasan TR began filming for his forthcoming film 'Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu' starring Gautham Vasudev Menon. The shooting of VTK has been canceled as a result of the unresolved disagreement between the Tamil Film Producer Council and the Film Employees Federation of South India.
The filming of Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu took place earlier this month in Tiruchendur. Simbu has lost an additional 15 kilograms in order to play a pivotal role in this film. In this rustic thriller, veteran actress Radhika Sarathkumar co-stars with the actor and plays the character of STR's mother.This is Simbu, Gautham Vasudev Menon, and A.R. Rahman's third collaboration, produced by Vels Film International.
The TFPC and the FEFSI split apart after the FEFSI gave permission for STR's Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu shoot, despite three producers filing complaints with the TFPC against Simbu.Producer Ishari Velan had requested permission from the producer council to shoot only four days of the film outside of Chennai, according to FEFSI head Selvamani.
The producer had promised that Simbu's disputes would be resolved first, and that the next large schedule in Chennai would begin after that. However, the next schedule of Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu, which was meant to start today, has been canceled due to ongoing disputes between Simbu and TFPC.VTK's future programs are set to take place in the cities of Chennai and Mumbai. Kayadu Lohar, a Marathi actress, is expected to play the female protagonist. Keep an eye out for more VTK news.
